Terms of service

1. Who we are and acceptance

This store and the members' application Magic Party Kit / Kit Fiesta Mágica (the "Library") are operated by ANKA SOLUTIONS LLC, with registered address at 1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE R, ALBUQUERQUE,
NM 87110 and contact email mundoinfantildigital10@gmail.com.

By making a purchase or using the Library you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not complete your purchase.

2. What you are buying

You are buying personal access to a digital library of editable party-stationery templates, together with guides, tutorials and bonuses. Access is delivered inside our web application. No physical product is included and nothing is shipped.

Most templates open and are edited in Canva. You need your own Canva account, which you can create for free. We do not sell or include Canva subscriptions, and certain individual elements may require a paid Canva account in order to be exported.

3. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your country at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Delivery and access

Delivery is immediate and automatic. After payment you will receive an email with instructions to enter the Library.

Access is tied to the email address used for the purchase. If you register with a different address, contact us and we will link it manually. Providing a valid, accessible email address is your responsibility; we are not liable for mistyped addresses, full mailboxes or messages blocked by your provider.

Access is personal and non-transferable, for one person or business. It does not expire while the Library remains in operation.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund policy

Digital content with immediate delivery. By completing your purchase you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that, once access is granted, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases. This waiver is what allows us to deliver the product instantly.

When we do refund. We issue a refund where all three of the following are met:

There is a verifiable technical fault attributable to us that prevents you from accessing the product, or that makes what was delivered materially different from what was advertised;
you reported it to mundoinfantildigital10@gmail.com, giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it; and
the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

When a refund does not apply. The following are not grounds for a refund, among others: you did not like the product; you are not using it or cannot find the time to use it; you changed your mind; you expected different content without reading the description; you do not know how to use Canva; your computer, printer or internet connection does not work; or you purchased by mistake after already accessing the content.

Packs and extra kits. Individual packs and add-on kits are non-refundable once they have been accessed.

Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method.

6. Subscriptions

If you take out a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, with no explanation required and no penalty.

Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Periods already charged and used are not refunded pro rata. We will notify you by email before any price change.

What you created remains yours: designs you customised and exported while you were a member may continue to be used and sold after cancellation, in accordance with the licence in section 7.

7. Licence: what you may and may not do

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates within your own business.

You MAY:

Customise the templates with names, ages, colours and text.
Print and sell the finished physical products you make with them (favour bags, boxes, labels, toppers, printed invitations…), with no unit limit.
Deliver to an individual client a final file that is already personalised and non-editable (flattened PDF, JPG or PNG) for them to print.
Use photographs of your finished work to promote your business.

You MAY NOT:

Share, resell, give away, lend or redistribute the templates, the files or the Canva links, whether modified or unmodified.
Share your access, password or account with anyone else.
Sell editable files, or any file from which a third party could extract the elements.
Publish the content on any other website, application, marketplace, group or download service.
Use the Library to create a product that competes with it (another template library, pack or kit).
Download the catalogue in bulk or by automated means.
Claim authorship of the original content or register it as a trade mark.

Breach of this section results in immediate termination of access without refund and entitles us to pursue any legal remedies available.

8. Third-party content and your responsibility for what you produce

Templates are edited in Canva and may incorporate elements owned by Canva or its providers. Our licence covers our own design, selection and arrangement; use of Canva elements is additionally governed by Canva's Content Licence Agreement, which you accept separately through your own account.

Some themes refer to third-party characters, brands or properties. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of such material is lawful in your country and in your line of business, and for obtaining any authorisations that may be required. We do not and cannot grant rights over third-party trade marks or characters.

9. Acceptable use and accounts

You must be of legal age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to purchase. One person or business, one account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that share access, create multiple accounts, or use the service fraudulently.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have any problem, contact us first at mundoinfantildigital10@gmail.com: we reply and we resolve. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank without giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms and results in immediate suspension of access, as well as submission to the card issuer of our evidence of delivery and use of the product.

11. Availability and changes to the product

We work to keep the Library available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The catalogue may change over time: we add new content and occasionally withdraw or replace material. Such changes do not give rise to a right of refund.

12. Limitation of liability

The Library is a working tool: we do not guarantee any commercial result, sales or income arising from its use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by law.

13. Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your email address to grant access, provide support and send you notices relating to the product. You may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data by writing to mundoinfantildigital10@gmail.com.

14. Support

Official support channel: mundoinfantildigital10@gmail.com. We normally reply within 48 business hours.

15. Governing law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date of last update appears at the end. Where a change is material, we will notify you by email.
